Called night before to confirm would arrive between 9 and 9:30. Arrived @ 9:10 a.m. and went right to work. Had Mark install two new faucets. One in upstairs bath and one in downstairs. Concentrated on his work , first, then became conversational with us for a few minutes as he had to leave. Completed job in record time. Would highly recommend him.
