Mark did an exceptional job on our deck. He cut every joint perfectly to fit around our rock wall. He honored his original bid price even though it took longer than expected. The best part is he showed up when he said he would, and communicated if he couldn't make it in. That's unfortunately rare to find in a contractor in my experience. I definitely recommend him.

Blinds or Shades - Repair

The man said he could fix our broken blind but had no clue how to do it. He fussed with it for over 30 minutes and then said we needed to buy a new blind. Then he charged us $50 for doing nothing.

Good customer service, did the job quickly, quoted me a fair price. However... he underbid the job because he didn't have enough concrete experience to accurately estimate the costs (he asked for 60% more money after starting the project). He also didn't have enough concrete experience to give me the expected finish, though it's not too bad, I will still have to grind some areas to make it smooth enough to use. Given that information, I wouldn't ask him to do another concrete project, but I presume he has the skills to do most things well.
