There was two guys who came out and showed us how to use the sprinkler system in a house we just moved into. They checked all of the zones to make sure they worked and fixed any that weren't working properly. On time and curious.

Mark really knows how to install a sprinkler system. The only negative is follow-up to questions/requests. I believe that is because he is so busy. Nevertheless, I would certainly use him again.

Mark showed up on time to meet about this project and I got a prompt estimate on my email. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions which made me feel very confident in him. I signed the contract right away and gave him my deposit feeling very comfortable that his work was going to be excellent. As anticipated, he showed up with his men, on schedule, and in two days completed the job, from installation of all the underground piping to setting the sprinkler heads. The entire system was explained to me and he cleaned up afterwards removing any rocks or loose debris. I was amazed and pleased at how professional he and his crew were! I expected a huge and disruptive project but my place looked unworked on. Just 35 heads that appear out of nowhere and automatically water my lawn daily. The system is so state of the art that it is connected to my wifi at home and is available on my iphone anywhere. It tells me when it has begun and finished watering. It cancels watering when it rains or rain is predicted on the weather channel, and can be manually operate from my iphone. Installation was done professionally with all sod and flagstones replaced carefully. Subsequent assessment visits to test all zones were done in a timely and efficient manner. The office was attentive and coordinated all appointments with my scheduling requirements.
