His work was fine but he left the window area a mess. He did not smooth out the caulking around the window, so, it is a mess. Now, I have to figure out how to smooth it out.

Yes, I could not reach the top to smooth out. 2nd story broken window pane had to replace. Had to sit in the window to caulk. I could barely reach with a caulk gun. Screen room below and hurricane shutters in the way.
