    It still is NOT finished! I was told not to pay the bill until it is finished but I get continuous past due notices. I get calls that they will be out but they never show. I asked for an estimate on my roof back in April and I have not received one. I have asked for a different estimator repeatedly but no one shows up. Frustrating and will not have them do any more half butt work for me ever again.

    They didn't ask for money upfront and they called the day the work was completed to make sure that I was satisfied with everything.

    The sales rep was very knowledgeable and friendly, and identified several items that required repair in addition to the requested work. The gutter and rain spout installers did a good job. The work was completed while I was at work, which was convenient. The only criticism to offer is to be more thorough on cleanup - I shouldn’t find broken shingles and discarded spouting in surrounding shrubbery. All in all, I would rehire this contractor for additional roofing work and I’d recommend this contractor to others.
