I just moved into a new home so I wanted all the locks re-keyed. There is an outside storage area that was locks but I didn't have a key. Mark responded promptly (within half an hour of me submitting project) and said he would be by after lunch. And here's the nice thing, -- I had brought a lock to replace the one on the storage. However, after putting it on and keying to match my back door lock, it turned out, I couldn't open it because the door was not plumb. Mark took the new lock on and rekeyed the old, without complaint. By then, it was raining cats and dogs and he was not just wet, he was soaked. Still he soldiered on, even advising me on how to fix the storage door, and about a fence lock I have. I was really pleased with the service and his commitment and would recommend without hesitation. By the way, he gave me a quote over the phone with the help of pixs I sent and in spite of having to remove and replace the storage lock (essentially doing it twice) he struck to that price.
