One Time Interior House Cleaning
I hired the company to clean a house where a renter had lived like a pig and had cats that forgot they had litter boxes. We had already done one cleaning ourselves, but we wanted the house to be as clean as possible for the new renter. Mark Miller's people did a fine job of washing down the walls, washing windows and screens, cleaning light fixtures, and leaving the house smelling fresh. The only thing they missed was the kitchen sink and the counter, but I didn't catch that until after they had left. I am disappointed only because they said they could restore it to a beautiful shine which it really needed!! I would recommend this company for those looking for a thorough house cleaning or for single jobs.

Window Cleaning
Mark Miller's Cleaning originally came out to give us a bid on cleaning out our rain gutters. They found that nothing was wrong with our gutters and didn't wan to charge us for work that didn't need to be done. We then had them clean our windows inside and out. They did an excellent job. There were 3 of them and they were so personable, friendly and hard working! We are definitely keeping them as our first call when we need work done.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I hired Mark Miller Cleaning to do an entire house cleaning of a newly purchased home. They cleaned the carpeted and hard floors, lights, cabinets/tops, toilets and fixtures, and the inside and outside of the windows (which they recommended and I'm so glad they did). They did everything in a day. It wasn't perfect with a few spots missed, but it was a tough job to start with and they worked really hard and quickly. Customer service was great, and the whole team was responsive and friendly. Thanks

One Time Interior House Cleaning
They showed up ready to go. We wanted the condo cleaned due to cigarette smoke. I have since discovered although the refrigerator was cleaned inside, the outside was not touched. The underside of faucets were not touched. Refrigerator wasn't moved and cleaned under. Blinds weren't all cleaned. It looked clean, smelled better, however I have since noticed and cleaned small things myself. Major stuff was done fine though. Walls washed, ceiling fans and lights cleaned, 2 overhead lights were missed. For the price I paid, I did expect a little better.

"Very nice woman to work for and enjoyed working for them. I apologize for the miscommunication our secretary had spoke with this customer and was under the understanding of a basic clean in the home. A basic clean involving cabinets counters sweeping mopping and the smoke damage and lights and bathrooms and appliances. We threw in a wall washing for free. It was not communicated to us there was a Deep clean needed. A basic clean and deep clean are different in many ways. For example the underneath the fridge and appliances would be a deep clean also blinds are involved in deep clean not basic when the blinds are very bad shape that we would have known to get but since it was communicated to us a basic clean we had no idea of that we would never leave a job undone that way. Deep cleans involve a more deep clean and basic is usually what meets the eye which is what was communicated many times to our secretary. We apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience we always want our customers to be happy and please with our work and before we left we were told we did great and that the customer was pleased we would like to encourage these customer and any future customers to please look over our work carefully before we leave so we can go over and beyond to make you happy for we cannot please our customers if things are not communicated. Thank you and we appreciate your business!"

Post Construction - Clean-up
Very nice people. You will not be disappointed if you hire Mark Miller and his crew. I hired them to clean up the inside of a log cabin that had been empty for 5 years or so. Very complete service. Great communication from the head guy Mark to the other owner John to John's wife (who schedules appointments) Brittani. Great people--you would do well to hire them. I guess I should have said: Great job! Good price! Good to work with!
