Mark is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed by the State of California. He specializes in providing residential valuations in Los Angeles and Orange Counties for various private party situations that arise, divorce, mortgage default, family estates. Services range from exterior drive by to full appraisal reports. We can accommodate your turn time needs and offer our services at competitive rates. Appraisal reports can not be utilized for mortgage lending purposes, consumers are not permitted to retain appraisal services for any federally related transaction.
