A hard worker who is punctual and c did a great job, would definitely re-hire

We were told they could repair a few broken boards and sand and refinish the floor to match the rest of the floor. The floor finish definitely doesn?t match, they didn't tape up the trim and baseboard so now we?ll have to repaint where they got stain over the walls and trim, and they left finish puddling and pooling in some spots on the floor. They also did not actually replace any broken or cracked boards, they just used a lot of filler. We also got mixed messages on pricing and invoicing and that part was not well communicated. Definitely could have done more due diligence here, but what we thought we were paying for was not what happened. I?m not sure why they took this job, and frankly wasn?t wise of us to agree to it either, but the cleanup and aftermath is definitely not worth the small improvements made to shore up the sagging floorboard.
