Mark Peel's family business also includes "911 Restoration." They had a different attitude when they came out the second time. We expected professional work but ended up with unprofessional work and terrible customer service. Apparently, their son was learning how to drywall on our job, and when that was brought to his attention, it was denied. My wife overheard the conversation between his son and his drywaller, and the drywaller told me that Mark wanted him to teach his son how to drywall. Doesn't sound truthful to me. When they put the fridge back. they didn't connect the water to the fridge for the ice machine. They had to come back and when they connected the water, the guy broke the valve, so we then needed a plumber. Then, it took forever to have them get a cabinet guy to come out to fix the cabinet, but wanted to blame us and say we "didn't let the cabinet guy in." Like we enjoyed looking at unfinished bathroom cabinets in our bedroom. Then, when they do show up, it was to pic

Mark started on my brick mailbox a few days early and completed the same day. The only downside was, I had to wait a half day for the cement to dry, before using the mailbox,( which was no fault on Mark's part). Overall Mark Peel Construction is reliable and employees are very professional. I would have no problem in referring them to my family and friends. Thanks Mark for a great job.

Mark is a stand up guy and most of his staff has been with him for a very long time. Their skill and expertise is second to none. During the quoting process Mark wants to know what you need and what you want. He then will come up with a fair price and will even offer some suggestions. Being in business for decades, Mark has built a wall or two :) Everyone involved shows up for the job on time. They clean up after ourselves. They made sure our neighbors yard was a clean as ours before they were finished. Mark would not even take my check for payment until we went over the entire job and I was 100% satisfied. I might ever need a wall again in my lifetime, but if I do......I got Marks number tucked away for safe keeping.

It was nice working with a contractor that takes pride in his work and makes sure you’re satisfied with the results! They replaced my wood fencing with block walls and also did some brick veneers on my home. They cleaned up after themselves and it all turned out amazing! I couldn’t be happier with the results, so much so that we are now discussing using them for a partial remodel. I definitely recommend Mark Peel Construction for your remodel and masonry needs!

Mark was great. He built our block walls, our planters, and put all the brick on our new home. Looks beautiful and he was efficient. He got it done quickly when he said he would.
