Mark and his crew are amazing. I have had roofers on other houses, but this is by far my best experience. I interviewed 4 contractors and took several days to select one. I chose the right one. It was a no pressure sale. Mark told me to take my time making a decision. His crew showed up early. I think there were six people, and each knew exactly what to do and went to work taking off a double layer of shingles, replacing a handful of bad plywood (which I saw and expected), putting on all the agreed to materials, and a complete clean up all in one day. They worked hard from early morning until dark, and only took a half hour lunch on the property. Amazing! No radios, hardly any talking, just work, work, work. Mark came by throughout the day to check on the work. They even did extra work that I was not charged for! If you need an honest roofing contractor who is easy to work with, Mark is the only one you should call.

I was given an itemized quote so I knew exactly what I was paying for.Mark came at the beginning of the project to make sure the workers knew exactly what to do. Work was don efficiently and was finished in one day. All the debris was cleaned up and area was left as it was found.Mark returned at the end of the project to inspect the work. I had a problem with one small leak and after I called, Mark was there the next morning to check on it and it was taken care of quickly.

I had a water leak due to missing ridge shingles and another due to an old plumbing vent boot. Even though these were small repairs they fit me into their schedule quickly and fixed them. Mark is great to do business with. The team that came over were very conscientious, even taking time to double check that the gate to our backyard was securely closed because they knew we had dogs. I highly recommend them.
