I had a auto fill valve that was constantly leaking water that I thought needed repaired or removed plus I wanted a freeze protection thermostat installed. Mark called and after we discussed the fill valve he suggested that he might be able to repair it instead of having a plumber digging it up and capping the pipes. He said that he could do the job on Monday but I told him that I had already arranged for a plumber to look at the fill valve later in the day so I'd meet him Monday just to install the freeze thermostat. He said that he had plans but could stop by in an hour to look things over and maybe fix the fill valve so that I wouldn't need the plumber. He showed up at my home in about an hour and to my surprise he had the anti freeze thermostat with him plus a part for the fill valve. He quickly installed the thermostat and was successful repairing the fill valve saving me a bunch of $$$ eliminating the need for the plumber plus all the associated mess. Mark is truly a joy to work with and he knows his business. He's fair and goes over and above for his customer. I cant say enough good things about him but he will be my go to guy for all future swimming pool needs.
