What weight of clothing to wash together, how much and how much detergent to use. He and his wife have the same washer and dryer. He is the best!

Mark was very kind and professional. My only complaint was having to pay $100 for an assembly to took 30 minutes. I would have been okay if it was an hourly rate and then I would have given him more to do. But besides that everything else was perfect! I even plan on calling Mark again soon for more household fixes since he has a concentration in electrical work and plumbing. You will not be disappointed in Mark Pro Service.

Excellent service. Responded to calls/texts quickly and completed the projects within a few days of contact. Efficient, and professional.

Mark arrived and was shown the areas/items that needed to be addressed. He was shown the ?wired? light fixture in the unopened box that noted the fixture is ?wired?. He provided the price, which included any additional parts needed and stated he would return in a hour. The light fixture was the last task that was completed. He raised the cost by $40 to put up the light fixture advising it was wired. My wife and I knew it was wired and that?s why we hired a handyman; we aren?t mechanically inclined. I promised my wife that this particular task would be completed today, so I paid the additional money without any fuss. The fixture is an exterior motion flood light, that needed to be replaced urgently. Other than that unexpected additional charge, it appears overall he did a nice job. I?m hoping there?s no issue with the light, because my wife was unhappy with the additional charge due to his lack of due diligence.

Needed 6 smoke detectors replaced. Done quickly & efficiently. Also repaired an outlet that have worked since we moved in (5 yeas ago). Wasn't part of original project. We asked, he looked, he fixed.
