The door replacement turned out to be more than we thought it would be. Once Mark took the original door out, we discovered rotted wood beneath the door. Mark showed me where the wood was water damaged and he completely rebuilt/replaced what was needed. Although the job was much more than he bargained for in time and effort, Mark did not charge me more than his original estimate. He and his son were courteous, fair, and reliable.

My wife and I contracted with Mark to replace our interior doors as well as clean our gutters. We were very satisfied with the quality of Mark's work as well as his very friendly attitude. We appreciate when contractors seem like their main objective is to complete the project as best they can without trying to maximize their profits. We thought Mark's price was reasonable and fair based on our research. We would recommend his services in the future and would not hesitate to give him a call if another project in his expertise area arises.
