Mark did a great job. He is going to be my handyman on all of my properties.

Mark was a no show for our 6pm appointment. However, he did call the following morning at my work #, to apologize (he was sick). He didn't have my home phone #. Made another appointment for that day at 6pm and he was right on time. Mark successfully installed my closet rack securing it with extra nails. So far is hasn't fallen down. He even put the sliding doors to the closet back on its hinges. I was very pleased with the results and would use him again.

Very professional and was able to get through all of my "to-do's" in a reasonable amount of time. Will use again.

Mark was outstanding in repairing our sprinkler system. Out of 3 SM appointments, he was the only one who gave us a specific time and actually showed up on time (even 5 min early). He was very plesant and knowlegeable. He got the job done quickly and at a cost much lower than any other estimates. I would highly recommend Mark.

Mark spent two hours, but did not determine what the problem was and did not fix anything. He charged me $130 even though he said his visit would just be for a free estimate.

The man showed up late, he was very unprofessional. I don't even think he knew what he was doing, he had limited tools. He fixed it and then it did not work the next morning so I did call him and tell him it was not working. He stated he would get back to me and never did so I ended up fixing it myself. I did cancel the check that I gave him because it was quite a bit of money, but that cost me $30 to cancel and then had to pay $40 for the part. So all and all it was not good.

Mark is knowledgeable and his rates are reasonable. He diagnosed and fixed my sprinkler system in just over an hour. Excellent service.
