Mark started a job with me, he committed to come back and finish the job. So I took the day off that he said he?d come. He calls the night before at 6pm and canceled because of a small storm. He was working on my porch but it was a covered patio. Super disappointed. Wouldn?t use him again
Response by Mark's Handyman Services: We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. In our discussion, I told you that you have the wrong hinged storm door and at our scheduled appointment you were supposed to have the storm door with the correct hinges. I was not able to complete the job due to this factor which caused me to have to reschedule and come back. Your overhang is small at your door entrance, as to the weather it would have to wait until it was dry to open and install the storm door so that paperwork and all supplies weren't getting destroyed. We would like to make this right. Thank you!

Mark's work and problem solving skills are a 10+. I recently had new windows installed. The inside perimeters needed to be prettied us and "wrapped." They now look beautiful. He did some repair on a couple of bi-fold doors and installed a new handle on a toilet. He is meticulous and knows what he is doing. Like other reviews I read....I agree he is the best.
