I think he was very timely and very considerate of us. The timing on this job was very important to me and he met that. Also, quality was great.

The fieldstone foundation of our 100 year old home had many cracks and holes - some small, some larger - in both the exterior and interior of the house. Mark responded immediately to my Home Advisor inquiry and came over later that day to assess the situation and recommend to me what he felt needed to be done. Later that evening I received his quote for the job in an e-mail and we quickly agreed to proceed with the job. Mark arrived the following Monday (as promised) and got right to work. The entire job was completed in less than a week and I could not be more pleased with the results - definitely exceeded my expectations. He even found some holes that I didn't realize were there and took care of them as well. When I thought of another small job that wasn't in our original agreement, he took care of that too for an additional nominal amount. The appearance of all the repairs is excellent and blends in very well with the original masonry. The debris from the job was all removed with no trace that it had even been done. Mark is a skilled mason, a hard worker, very conscientious, and is committed to customer satisfaction.

Mark did an excellent job. He ripped out a badly damaged patio and replaced it with a beautiful concrete paver patio with drainage to prevent water from entering the basement. Very labor intensive and done on some of the hottest days of the year. He got it done , it looks great, and is holding up perfectly. Great price and great service. I highly recommend him.

I hired Mark to repair the corner of the foundation on my house. He was prompt, professional, and did a thorough job on the repair. We were also able to settle on what I felt was a very fair price.

He did an excellent job matching our existing bricks in our staircase. He noticed there were more issues than we originally thought but was thorough and did the complete job. We had a strict time requirement but he was prompt and completed the job on time. He was great to work with and the stairs were done professionally. I hired Mark to repair a large crack in the stone wall on the side of my house as well as to restore our bluestone walkway and a retaining wall in the back yard. I had some brick pavers that had settled and needed to be removed and the area repaired by adding and leveling stone dust. Mark showed up on time and prepared to go. He started right in and addressed all the troubled areas, finished up and left the area neat and clean. Great job!

I was surprised when he gave me the estimate, He explained the chimney could be repaired rather then completely rebuilt saving us a lot of money. Explained everything to us, went over procedure for the repair. He gave us the schedule. The finished product was outstanding. He explained what needed to be done to preserve the chimney at a later time. Offer to put the paint on it for us.

Mark repaired our front brick steps a few weeks ago. It wasn't a big job but Mark took it seriously and did a great job. He gave a reasonable price, showed up and finished the job on time as promised. When I added a little work to the existing during the project, he only charged me for additional material. Different from many other contractors, Mark wants to make customers happy.
