I was initially hesitant to hire Marks Plumbing due to the pricing model which seemed to indicate that it would be the highest of the three options. However, after reading reviews, I became more confident that the company would be the best choice. I am quite cash strapped at the moment and was worried that the hourly rate would lead to budget overruns but the plumbers worked within the limitations I set. They filled the two hours with not only the initial project but work on leaks that were discovered afterwards. Work was very professional. My only desire would be that the service charge be quoted without me having to ask about hidden fees.

Price was fair. Unfortunately the repairman that I hired from Service Magic last year did not use quality products when connecting the pipe to the house. This repair company did an excellent job taking care not to uset bushes around the damaged area.

The service was great. My one issue was not with the service but with the written estimate given prior to service being performed. The written estimate quoted an hourly rate and a flat rate. It did not discuss parts and service fees. The actual bill included parts and a service fees that I was unaware of.

Overall the service was OK.Office manager was helpful, friendly and responsive. However it required two trips to fix something that should have been obvious on the first trip. The total cost of the service exceeded my expectations for the services rendered.

Very professional and knowledgeable. The worker answered all my questions very well. Noted problems with some of my plumbing and fixed some of these problems. Also, explained to me how I could inexpensively fix some problems myself. Very pleased with the service. Did not clean up as well as I would have liked or endeavor to prevent debris getting to my carpet from his shoes. However, did not leave any major debris and followed my request to wipe his feet on mat I provided. It's only fair to admit that I am an especially neat person and was able to clear up minor amount of dirt and small work particles vacuuming for about 5 minutes.

Mark's Plumbing did a great job putting in our new water heater and at a very reasonable price. I now have a plumbing company I can trust. We are very pleased. Mark is the best!
