They have a lot of 5 star reviews because they buy them. They did this to my friend. The plumber added $20 to her bill and then gave her a â  discount in exchange for a 5 star review. No joke. Canâ  t buy me. They rescheduled my initial visit 30 minutes after it was supposed to begin. Didnâ  t clean up after themselves (metal shards all over my basement), started the longest part of the job last because they â  didnâ  t knowâ  I wanted it done, and left twice to get parts because they didnâ  t come prepared.

I went online at 8am and they called me at 9 and were at my house by 12. Amazing all around. Toilet issue, sink issue and no hot water in shower all fixed in 45 minutes. Technician Tom was a riot. Thumbs up

The plumber that came out was very friendly, and completed the work in a timely manner. The cost of replacing my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal was what I expected. Overall I am satisfied and would hire again for plumbing needs.
