Mark's Pro Services, LLC

We had Marks Pro Service here for a couple jobs. He built a beautiful fire pit with a walkway from our deck leading to it. We also had his crew here to help with cleaning out our woods area of fallen trees and shrubs. We felt they were fairly priced and respectful of our home. We would recommend this company to any of our family or friends.

I hired Mark to lay pavers for a walkway and some landscape maintenance. The job came in way over the original cost. Some pavers were miscut, the pathway was noticeably misaligned and the pavers were not lying flat. He tried to fix the issues which only made it look worse. I had to hire another landscape company to fix the mess he created. He also ruined my beautiful boxwood hedges because of the way he trimmed them, and the list goes on and on. I would definitely think twice about hiring Mark?s Pro Services for any of your landscape needs. I hired him in the past and didn?t have a problem so being a repeat customer I thought I would have received the same quality work. Not only was the work horrible Mark was very rude and it took many phone calls and threats for him to even return my phone calls.

Mark came over quickly to take care of a shrub that died. He was proactive and did this efficiently and gave us a break on the price, as he focused on the professional aspects of customer courtesy. Thanks, Mark.

Working with Mark is great. His quote on our landscape was very reasonable. Unfortunately we had to post pone the work because we ran into some health problems to deal with. Still waiting on Mark's response on are question. Still, we would use him.

they quoted me $70 per cut but they actually charged $75 per cut. I had asked for them to cut down some dirt in the entrance way of my driveway but instead did a little weed whacking for part of my frontage and called it a day. That cost me $70. I ask several times for them to return to complete the job that I asked and never heard from them. They continued to send me bills and even after I asked them not to return because I had to hire another company to complete the job.

I had to wait several weeks for him to plant three trees. I was worried that the season would enter the hottest time of summer, not a good time to have newly planted trees survive. But the planting was timely and the the quality of the trees he brought was very good.

The gentleman were very thorough, courteous and efficient.

Cleaned up well, did exactly what I asked

The trimmed all my evergreens but did not pick up all the cuttings. Plants were left on the ground and some were dead..I ended up planting half of what was not planted. Did not do a very good job of edging between the grass and mulch so when we have a downpour the mulch will end up on the grass. Would not hire again.

They repaired my brick front steps. Great job for now. I'll see how long it will last. I had a bad experience with a previous contractor, so I became more cautious. Time will tell.
