"This man is not honest with his review. During my first phone conversation, he turned down my initial quote. I lowered the cost by ten dollars a room. That is 40.00 off the market value of the job. He settles with $15.00 off each room. I was working on the last bedroom about ready to finish. He called me to his office and needed my signature and asked me for the total again. I told him what we discussed on the phone. He started negotiating again. Not willing to pay $150.00 for this job! At this point, I gathered my equipment and left. He was a jerk and I wish I never tried to help him. Mark."
