Marksline is very responsive. I have called him for non-emergency services and emergency services. He even comes on Sundays for emergencies. If something needs fixing, he'll fix it. If the cost is more than expected, he will ask if you want to wait and do it later. He will offer other suggestions to you with no service charge if it is easy fix. I have been using him for over 20 years.

He is profound, very professional, truly a gentle soul. He is very trustworthy and honest. He came out to fix my washer, it was making terrible noises and he got it to quiet down and work again and a couple days later, it would turn on but not spin. I called him up and he came right out and found that the belt had slipped. He did the work and made sure it was working and he didn't charge me a penny, he fixed the new issue at no cost since he had just been out. I would and have highly recommended him.
