Though I was charged $15.00 more than the price originally quoted, the service guys cleaned my rug better than any other company has done over the past 3 years. I will definitely use then again.

Marling's discussed my project and gave me an estimate over the phone. I got the appointment time I requested and the technician arrived on time, was courteous and didn't try to push additional services. He pretreated the carpet and it came out nicely, including the heavily soiled traffic area on the stairway. The service took only 45 mins. plus drying time. The only negatives were: 1) the house door had to be left open in 18 degree weather for the entire service and 2) the carpet smelled a bit musty after cleaning. The smell went away after a couple of days, but it would have been nicer if the cleaning solution had left a fresher smell. Overall I'm happy with the service and would hire Marling's again.
