Higher than expected but the work was quickly completed and the workers were very friendly.

Marling's discussed my project and gave me an estimate over the phone. I got the appointment time I requested and the technician arrived on time, was courteous and didn't try to push additional services. He pretreated the carpet and it came out nicely, including the heavily soiled traffic area on the stairway. The service took only 45 mins. plus drying time. The only negatives were: 1) the house door had to be left open in 18 degree weather for the entire service and 2) the carpet smelled a bit musty after cleaning. The smell went away after a couple of days, but it would have been nicer if the cleaning solution had left a fresher smell. Overall I'm happy with the service and would hire Marling's again.

They completed their work quickly and even went into the finished basement to see if there were any clean outs in the cleaning. I was very impressed with this company.

The guy seemed like he was in a rush. I had not used a service before so we needed to move a few things when he got here. But he broke my kid's bobblehead doll and legos and didn't say anything. He soaked our basement carpet and left. He said something about people calling out and needing to rush. He left a lot of water in our basement Berber carpet. He did bring back a fan and let us use it for two days to dry it out. This wasn't what we were hoping when it comes to carpet cleaning.

Very professional customer service. The technician did use shoe covers on the carpets as he was cleaning. However, he kept the shoe covers on when he ealked on my laminate kitchen floor; had to clean it 3 times to remove the film. The carpet cleaning was very good.

He came earlier than expected and did a good job. I did not really like the aggressive marketing from the company. I did not get a chance to to compare prices.
