Avoid at All Costs ? Dishonest, Overpriced & Borderline Theft If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete scam, and I strongly warn anyone considering their services to stay far away. We used a different Christmas light installer who was honest and reliable. When he retired, this company bought him out and promised to honor rates?only to jack up prices by 30%+ with no explanation. That was the first red flag. Then came the worst part: horrible service. After Christmas, they repeatedly refused to remove our lights, ultimately saying it wouldn?t happen until late February. Every house in our 300+ home neighborhood had theirs removed?except ours. When I offered to take them down myself and requested a partial refund, they refused?in a profanity-laced tirade over text. They overcharge, fail to deliver, and insult customers when called out. ? Avoid this scam at all costs! ?

A few words come to mind like professional, hard working, flexible, knowledgeable, experienced and considerate. Obata Design has been using Marlow & Son for years to clean our windows. He was so wonderful to work with that we have added additional services like power washing all of our sidewalks and picnic area. Marlow & Son is expanding his business to also include snow removal. This is an added bonus for Obata, since our current snow removal company only removes snow from our parking lot. This does not help our employees since they have to walk in all the snow on our sidewalks. Obata is so thankful to have found a company like Marlow & Son to handle all of our cleaning solutions. Obata highly recommends Marlow & Son.
