We had our walkway redone. Marcus and his crew did an incredible job. They were on time, and professional. I will hire them again for my backyard patio and steps. I will hands down recommend Marcus Pavers.

His customer service is very rude, instead of resolving the issue that he had and trying to fix it he hang up the phone on me. He is not honoring his written lifetime guarantee and warranty at all. when I informed him about his paver job a part, and requested him to come and take a look and fix it, he refused to fix and hangup the phone. After that I called him a few times and asked to repair it , but he did not reply me at all, my phone call, text and email. So, now I am seeking help from Angi problem resolution team to fix this problem. We had a written contract but Marcus has no value at all to honor this contract.

"Our guarantee for a walkway installation is for pedestrian traffic. It seems that the owner has had vehicular traffic across the walkway and that is what caused the problems with the walkway. I am happy to come back and make repairs, but considering the issue is not with the materials or our workmanship, we would ask to be paid our normal rate for any repairs. After Fair Claims an attorney based mediator through Angi Leads heard both our sides on a phone call meeting. The attorney found that Marcus pavers was not at fault for any damage to walkway. The findings from the attorney was that Marcus Pavers, Inc. did everything right and the homeo"

The high quality of work, the workers are very efficient and clean and will accommodate any request (they even backed my neighbors boat and trailer into his drive when he couldn't do it). Marcus and his team are the best! When he first came, he had samples, left me a book with ideas, and gave me an estimate right then and there! In 3 days the majority of the work was done. His suggestions were perfect and he made the driveway and my walkway, steps and landing look like a new place. My neighbors were walking by in awe! Some said my property value just went up! What a great team! I have referred him to my neighbors and my daughter was so impressed she hired him to pave a backyard on a property she owns. Her tenants loved it so much they were out there the same night! Hire them!!!

He did a really great job on the patio. It looks better than I expected! I'd recommend getting an exact commitment of when he will be there to do the work. Due to the weather and other commitments, we had some rescheduling that had to be done.
