Marquez Cleaning

This was a one time cleaning post move out. We used weekly maid service so it was not very dirty. Only a couple of bathrooms and kitchen to clean plus vacuum and mop. 2 of the 4 bedrooms were not used so did not need cleaned. The pro seemed to only mop the floors. We had moved out but the property manager sent us pics of the home and the bathrooms and kitchen had not need cleaned (the primary purpose of hiring the pro was just for that and we went over that in person). The pro promised to send video of the house post cleaning as we would not be returning but he was informed of home inspection). This was embarrassing to say the least. I tried to reach out for a refund as I used the satisfaction guaranteed service, to no avail. Additionally, not only was I charged for something I did not receive (had been informed payment would not be rendered automatically but it was) but an extraordinary amount was charged by the property management company to clean it and take out of my deposit.

I was really pleased with the deep cleaning the team did with my house. We had discussed the scope of the work to be done the week before. They did all that we agreed upon. I was so pleased with the work and their friendly attitude, I will have them come once a month. I am certainly glad they are in the area.

They did a thorough cleaning of our home and did everything they said they would. Very satisfied with their work. Highly recommend.

I called and gave them a difficult time frame, I needed them the next day. Photo's were being taken and my owners were no where near ready and had little to no help. All I can say is WOW the house looked amazing.
