I had a wooden fence blow down in a wind storm at my rental. There was approximately 100 feet of fence that went around two sides of the property. There were several old broken posts in concrete that needed to removed before new posts could be concreted in. Mr. Marquez and his helper worked long hours until close to 9:30 pm to get the whole fence put up in two days. On the third day he came back to remove the supports and to clean up. The fence looks great and strong. I would use this company again and am having Manuel do a little tree trimming later at my rental.

On Wednesday he told me he would arrive Friday 2pm. On Friday he said 9am. After 9am he said 10am. He and another finally arrived about 11am. Had to haggle about the price. Angi said $60. He wanted $110. I said NO. We settled on $80. He wasn't happy. I wasn't happy. He said he wouldn't be making much on the job. In the end I gave him $90. The backyard was mostly scalped. His mower was set too low which caused much more work for them than necessary. Once done the lawn looked ok. The front curb area, driveway, and parts of the back yard were trimmed adequately. Once they were done I basically said there would be no future visits. Talked to Angi. They admitted they had set me up for weekly service when I had specified bi-weekly. That's why two different crews had arrived the previous week, an hour apart, to do the work, only to find out the grass was too short because of the work done the previous week. Previously I've had problems with other crews either showing up late or not at all. Drives me crazy trying to navigate no shows around the weather. I think Angi and I are back on track. I look forward to consistent and predictable service the rest of the year. Otherwise I look forward to the neighbor boy doing the work for years to come. He's almost ready.

Miguel did a great job building my fence. I needed him to add to an existing fence and he did it seamlessly. He was very conscientious. Then, when my neighbor wanted additional boards placed to keep her dogs out, Miguel was right on it, the very next day. He was easy to work with, he kept me informed, and did great clean up afterwards. I would definitely hire Miguel again.

These guys are Great and do Great Work! I and my neighbor needed to Split cost to replace a fence and gates. He came to give an estimate that day, had a very fair price, and could start on Monday (it was late Fridaypm). Finished the job in 2 days and did a fantastic job of making the fence and gates look even and straight on this horrible Rocky soil. Miguel Alvarez and his team did a great job in lowering my deck to accomodate the spa. Also they fix part of the foundation that was rotten. Very friendly team, very good job! We were so pleased that we hired them for s second job!

Mr. Vasquez worked with us on our schedule, and frankly was reluctant to take our project on. He replaced our back fence and was afraid it was rocky soil. It turned out to be "boulder" soil and he had to jack hammer through many places to set the fence posts. But the fence turned out straight, stair stepping up inclines and he didn't give up until it was all done. It wasn't cheap but the results were beautiful. We're very pleased.

Response to request was quick. Came next day and received a quote which was a great price. Started working on fixing up my 270 linear foot fence the next day. Great communication, easy going just a pleasure to work with. Will definitely have them do more work for me.
