We had no water on Sunday. Call Randy on Sunday and came out Monday to replace my pump. Only took a few hours and well done. They are good people!

Randy, the owner, called me back and put me on for Monday morning. Others allowed me to leave a message to be returned on Monday. By that time Tandy had already installed a new pump and expansion tank. He was fast and did good work. We got a 5 year warranty as well. Doing laundry by the afternoon. Would recommend Marquis well. Hands down, the best.

I had one issueâ ¦ I took my well cover off and found the power wire crushed against the steel well pipe, the plastic insulation was torn down baring the ground wireâ ¦ I called Randy and told himâ ¦ he was very apologetic and offered to send someone to tape it upâ ¦. I told him I would tape it upâ ¦. I also have a condensation problem in my basement that the pipes are sweating on my basement floor?â ¦ I am trying to figure out how to fix this.

This is an unfortunate situation, when the guys out the cap back on the well they accidentally pinched one wire and it tripped the breaker. We offered to go repair the mistake, but the customer said he would take care of it.
