I had one issueâ ¦ I took my well cover off and found the power wire crushed against the steel well pipe, the plastic insulation was torn down baring the ground wireâ ¦ I called Randy and told himâ ¦ he was very apologetic and offered to send someone to tape it upâ ¦. I told him I would tape it upâ ¦. I also have a condensation problem in my basement that the pipes are sweating on my basement floor?â ¦ I am trying to figure out how to fix this.

This is an unfortunate situation, when the guys out the cap back on the well they accidentally pinched one wire and it tripped the breaker. We offered to go repair the mistake, but the customer said he would take care of it.

Sunday morning, who knew? Quick reply, at our house in less than an hour from first contact. Randy was honest and friendly. His father was helping and such a gentle soul. Thankful for the referral. He changed out the expansion tank and referred us to another guy that is hydro-fracking as I write this. Fingers crossed.

We were in that area and were able to swing in. The pressure tank was bad and they well was not producing water anymore. Set up a frac and up in running in two days.

My well pump failed early on a Saturday. Randy responded right away and had everything needed to get the job done at once, including some interior piping work and expansion tank replacement. Was done in several hours the same day. Highly recommend.

I still would like to have an itemized invoice for my records but no complaints about the two man crew that replaced my well pump and holding tank.

We do not itemize bills. Itemizing bills is perfectly fine for someone that will be at a job for a long time or charges by the hour. Our trucks are fully stocked, and our equipment makes us highly efficient. We asses the job and determine what cost it would be for us to do the job, no job is the same and is priced accordingly.
