We hired Marr to renovate our basement a few years ago. Jack and his team really did a fantastic job turning our basement (think wood paneling and fluorescent tube lighting) into a cozy bonus room with recessed lighting! Anyway, our master & guest bathrooms were way overdue for a major remodel/renovation. We hired Marr again. No brainer. Let me tell you - we had no idea how tough the project would be. We had to make so many decisions. Enter Jack and his team: They really made the process so easy and painless. Despite a very hectic schedule and multiple clients, Jack was always responsive and addressed our questions/concerns. I also would like to confirm what the others said here. It's definitely true - they always clean after themselves and the quality of their work is SUPERB! We definitely will hire Jack when we're ready to remodel our kitchen.

I had an addition plus remodeling of nearly every room in my house. If you desire to have excellent work, a responsive contractor, someone who will think out of the box to build what you desire, and value for your money then Jack Marr is your lucky star. I would highly recommend this company and will plan to use them again.

Marr Construction completed a three-bathroom remodel in our 1976 vintage townhome. We requested quotes from three companies. Only Marr and one other company responded. The quote writer from the other company seemed inexpert and presented a generic looking contract that was slightly higher than Marr. Mr. Marr visited personally to survey the project, to make suggestions and talk through solutions to existing problems. His contract proposal was clear, complete and conformed completely to the specification we had drafted. The work was done by two highly expert men who were a pleasure to have in our home. They responded promptly and completely to every question we had and every small design decision we made along the way. At the end of each workday, cleanup was good. When work stopped for the weekend, they did their best to restore our home to livability while the work was in progress. Throughout all work, our floors and furniture were covered. Furniture that had to be moved was moved carefully and placed sensibly. The quality of the work is better than what I see in large homes recently purchased by our children. The interim invoice we received at about 70% completion was clear, accurate and conformed to the contract. The job was completed on schedule with no delays. As a teenager, I worked two summers in the home improvement business, so I watched this project with a semi-knowledgeable eye. Marr Construction is five-star all the way. They will have our business in the coming year as we re-model our kitchen.

They did some excellent work for us, even after everything was completed they cleaned up after themselves. Very professional!

They provide excellent customer service and oversight. They did our kitchen 2 years ago and they just finished the job at my parents condo. I helped manage the job and all of the sub contractors were the same individuals that worked on my kitchen and I feel that provides a level of consistency.

They're extremely honest. If they say they're going to do something they will do it.
