Mr. Marrero contacted me immediately after I put in my request to Handyman.com. He was courteous and enthusiastic and we scheduled immediately. At 8:00 a.m. on the morning he was scheduled to come, he was kind enough to let me know that he would be running a little late for our 10:30 appointment because of a complication with another job. He arrived promptly at the new time and was a joy to work with. Additionally, his work was quickly and cleanly done. He is friendly and open and I welcome him back. He took time to carefully examine a panel we plan to replace and gave me a fair bid for this elaborate work. Additionally, his rate for this first small repair was more than fair. (Our home is located in an expensive neighborhood and I have seen many phone estimates inflate when people arrive at our door!) Fairfield County teems with "professionals" who treat clients poorly, disrespect their time, and take advantage of them financially. Mr. Marrero is a rare find and we look forward to referring him to our friends and working with him in the future.

Quick to respond to request, but cancelled appointment twice at the last minute. Made good effort to deliver promised service in a timely fashion. A little on the pricey side for smaller jobs, but extremely professional, courteous and clean. Would definitely use for larger jobs.
