Central A/C - Install
Chris Marriott signed a contract with me to install central ac in my home. I gave him a deposit of $2630.82. When I asked for proof of insurance he dragged his feet for several days and then would not return my calls, emails, or texts. York police department is currently investigating and seeking his whereabouts.

Chris was very professional. He explained in detail what needed to be fixed with my furnace. I wasnt home at the time and he sent me pictures of what needed to be done to keep our furnace working properly. He was also honest about what it would cost for the job to be completed. I will definitely call him in the future to keep up with the maintenance.

Heat Pump - Install or Replace
Very busy guy but once he comitted to my job he worked hard and long hours to ensure I had my new sysyem installed and working. Two days and I had heat. Super nice guy and professional, I would hire him again.

Chris and his helper James were very professional, polite and on task from start to finish. They left the area clean including taking all the boxes and trash that were a part of the job. I was very impressed with the work and also impressed with the fact that he always answers his phone or texts back immediately! Nice not having to go through an answering machine! Will definitely hire him again and strongly recommend him!

Chris replaced my heat pump. He responded to my call right away and was on the job within a week. He was professional, explained the problem and solution. He did a great job and left the area clean. I would recommend him and will call him again should the need arise.
