Make sure you get an actual written estimate. I would not recommend using their DocuSign app. Estimates were vague but I went with them anyway. Work was not very good gaps on the soffit and fascia they put on, Black Rubber roofing they put on the porch overlaps the new white soffit and fascia they put on. Furnace ducting repair, the masking tape, and another tape they used are already pulling away from the wall, no other fasteners that I can see. For the beam repair they did not put anything under the cement blocks they used to prop up the beam. So far not good, I will update if they remedy the situation. To work on HVAC he should have more than just a contractors license but he does not. Did not pull any building permits. Should have pulled at least two. The new rubber roof on the porch was the fix for a leak near where it met the wall of the house. Total cost to fix the leak, over 3 thousand dollars. They did offer to cut and seal the edge of the rubber roofing but at additional cost (time and materials). But I did not trust them by now, who knows how much they would charge for that. Preliminary and clean up costs over 3 thousand dollars. More to come. I am going to contact the Attorneys General of both MN and Wisconsin

I hired Marshall Construction Services in June 2020 to repair a "unique" deck issue left by the previous owner. I would highly recommend them to others. Their team hit all of the important aspects of a good vendor/contractor in my experience: (1) fast response time for quote, (2) regular and clear communication of status, and (3) quality work. Price initially felt high but was very reasonable in retrospect based on final labor hours worked by staff and hardware used. The accuracy of the price to work required is in many ways a complement to their experience--they knew what it would take to complete the agreed upon repair design.

We had my slopping deck leveled. We had gutters replaced on our garage. We had the floor/sub floor replaced in the bathroom under a leaking toilet .

These guys are consummate professionals. When the water heater they installed didn't work and the part was too far away they went out, bought, and installed an entirely new heater that same day. We weren't charged another dime even though they spent easily triple the time on the bid to cover, not for their mistake, but for the manufacturer's mistake! They were also extremely courteous and even apologetic. We will obviously go with them again for future projects.

They are THE BEST! The attention to detail is amazing. Besides a complete kitchen remodel, they also remodeled my bathroom, including installing a Jacuzzi tub. All the way around, their work is excellent and the cost is fair. I have already recommended them to friends. I would hire them again in a minute.
