Charlie was AMAZING. I was so impressed with his immediate response, willingness to help diagnose the problem over the phone before coming out , meeting me the very next day and figuring out what was causing our problem. He really took the time to help me understand my central air unit and how it operates. He was very professional and friendly. It is refreshing to meet someone like Charlie that sincerely cared and wanted to help. I'm so happy to have found him for our future servicing needs and will be recommending him to all my family and friends

Charlie was extremely responsive to my call for repair and came over the same day, working with my schedule, and he was even early! He diagnosed the issue quickly and let me know my options for repair. His estimate was very reasonable and he completed the work quickly. My AC has never run better actually, and it's 23 years old. I highly recommend Marshall for HVAC repairs and service. Thanks again, Charlie!
