We just went thru a hurricane and damage is widespread in our area. Marshall Roofing-Ben contacted us very quickly and scheduled a time to inspect our damaged roof. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working. You can rely on their promises and it was a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend them for roofing work.

B.Marshall Home Improvements did an excellent job cleaning off all the moss and mold growing on our roof. They also sealed the roof . They also painted the vent pipes to match the roof without asking and no extra charge. This a father son local business who are professional. I would hire again .

B. Marshall was different than the other roofing companies, who either stopped showing interest in me as a customer the minute there was not an opportunity to replace my entire roof and bill my insurance company, or did not return calls or messages. I had some roof shingles that blew off due to high winds and poor installation by the original roofing company. Both the father and son Ben stopped by within 24 hours of me reaching out, repaired the roof and inspected the rest of the roof for issues that I may not have been able to see from the ground. They did exactly what they promised, showed up as promised and did not try to oversell the job. Will call them first when I have another roofing job in the future, large or small.

There are times where you get pleasantly surprised. My experience with B. Marshall was one of those times. I had a roof leak by my chimney. I contacted Angi on Thursday and by Friday, Ben stopped by and provided me an estimate. He was able to get the work done on Tuesday, and did a great job prior to a significant winter storm. Needless to say, i would definitely hire again, and will recommend to friends and family.
