He was patient and explained to me what he was doing so that I learned something as well. I had a few related questions for him and he took time to answer them all well. He not only solved my problem effectively and helped me learn too. As he had solved my problem quicker than expected, he offered to reduce the normal charge as well. That is something you can hardly expect from any contractors nowadays. So I was so pleased with selecting Marshall's to help.

My sliding door completely quit sliding and I could not exit to the backyard. I called them at 1030am and Marshall arrived at 1230pm, the time he said he would. He repaired my door in a jiffy and I wish I hadn't waited so long to repair my door. I can open and shut easily with 1 finger. Very clean, polite, kind and personable. I was so impressed I had him look at a window I was worried about. He let me know it would be an estetic repair as it was not affecting the performance. Thanks for being so honest!
