Marshall was very courteous and polite, and called to say he was a little delayed for the appointed time due to his daughter's unexpected illness and having to make other babysitting arrangements. He didn't bring the needed scaffolding to complete the job; so he said he would have to come back the next day to do the job. He arrived on time and did a good job painting the stairwell. I would hire him again.
