"Called out for a second opinion on a leak from upstairs bathroom to first floor ceiling. Previous company wanted to install a new shower valve due to what they diagnosed as a faulty valve. I found the leak coming from a leaking shutoff to the toilet in another bathroom. Made repairs and waited one week for observation. Problem resolved and customer satisfied with results."

John came out and fixed a leaky faucet in a really tough place to work in. He did a great job. One day later my sump pump went out in my basement. John came out at 7pm to set up a temperary fix for the night then came back the next day to install a permanent pump. A real dedicated profesional. He will be my "go to plumber" from now on.

Replaced my furnace and added AC. Very responsive with proposal and negotiations. Once started, stayed on the project until finished. Protected carpet/finishes picked up each day and left the site clean. John is a hands-on type of guy so there were no disconnects between us and the installers. Could not be happier with the results. First rate contractor and installer.

Got a few bids on furnace replacement. Marshall's is not the lowest but fair price and I felt comfortable to go with them. Vic is great and communicated all the contract detail upfront w/o confusion. John and others didn't try to rush and finished the job nice and clean. They even took care the permit appointment and inspection and helped me with energy rebate stuff. Highly recommended :)

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Wonderful! We had a fat water heater and a narrow opening. John was really the only contractor who made a complete estimate and thought the job through enough up-front to avoid any surprises on the day of the work. They did the work with no problems, and were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Marshall's to anyone.

Our dog chewed the thermostat wires to the AC so we could not use on one of the hottest days so far this summer. We contacted John and he was not only very friendly but prompt and beyond fair with pricing. He resolved the issue quickly and even gave some vauluable advice to save money and time going forward. Well, after John repaired the wire, our dog, managed to do some more damage, even after putting a barrier of large planters and plnats. John came back out and repaired the wiring and fuse for above reasonable price. We are so grateful to his compnay and service. Highly recommend...
