I have known Mark for in excess of 20 years. He has installed at least 5-6 liners they all worked fine. However approx the last install has failed miserably. Last year the foam under the liner began coming loose causing large ripples and they go up the walls and across the floor. Mark basically hasn t fixed this problem says he is too busy. Thus this review. Having known Mark for many years I m really surprised at his customer service or the lack there of.

They went over and beyond. They came out the night i need them.

Mark and his team are professional and quick to respond.

Overall great experience working with Mark and his crew if you need a pool liner this is the guy very knowledgeable

Mark VanMeter is the best contractor that we have ever worked with. He exceeded all expectations. He made repairs to items that were not included in the original quote. He was knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, and trustworthy. I was very comfortable with providing him and his lead worker Leland access to the property while we were not there. The pool is beautiful and perfect. Thank you, Mark!

Mark was awesome!!! Really goes the extra mile.. Nice to work with someone who takes 100% pride in their work. I have recommended him to four other people who have different types of pool issues.

Haven't had the liner installed yet (spring) but based on other work performed; I would recommend them highly. I am anticipating that their quality of work for the new liner will be at the same high level as the other things that they have done for me.

I got several quotes to replace my pool liner, and I wanted to add stairs to my pool. By far, this company was the MOST professional. The quote had exactly every product he planned to use, which left no surprises! In addition, he was the only one who actually was going to use concrete to make stairs, versus using cinder blocks. He gave me 3 options. Good, Better and the Best for the liner itself. I am super happy with my pool.

I had 5 quotes to re-line my vinyl pool and create 2 steps. Most scribbled a dollar amount on a quote form and explained cinder blocks would be used for steps. Only 1 quote had all the facts: Marshauna. Mr. Van Meter had an official form, and explained all of the products that would be used, the thickness of the foam, pour the cement for the stairs. Furthermore, he educated me on types of vinyl, and gave me 3 quotes: Best Vinyl, Great Vinyl & Good Value Vinyl. I had a choice! He and his partner, Ken, were prompt, always showed when they said they would, and never left a mess. REAL PROS

The quality of the work, given what they had to work with, was excellent. I'm please to have my pool remodeled and looking well.
