Eric called us right away and after talking about his services and background we set on a date the following week for an annual preventative maintenance service call - sort of a "get to know you" type pof call. He arrived promptly at 9:00am on the scheduled and his work was performed professionally and at a reasonable rate. Eric will become our service company of choice for our air conditioner.

Eric Martin was honest and upfront about the costs for the job. Everything that was going to cost extra money (like the freon) he cleared it with me first which I appreciated. He worked really hard and got the job done quickly for the price we agreed on.
