Martin Building Enterprize replaced our old deck with Wolf Serenity flooring materials my wife and I picked out. The lead guys, Antonio and Orville, were top notch from initial meeting, estimating, deck work and project finish. They answered any questions we had and worked so well together. We would definitely, highly recommend MBE and its deck construction guys to everyone considering updating, replacing their decks.

In my opinion, any project at your home depends on three factors: cost, quality of the workmanship, and the honesty of the people involved. In some ways, finding reliable people who will give you an honest assessment of what needs to be done and are transparent about costs, labor time, and effective at communication is the most important of these three since it helps ensure you're getting good value and good craftsmanship. We've worked with other contractors in the past. For our deck project, which involved replacing the decking, building new rails, and fixing several structural issues, we got five bids from recommended or highly rated companies. We ultimately went with Martin Building Enterprize and could not be happier. Working with them was on all accounts an excellent choice and we will call them again for future projects. Terence, the owner, was remarkably transparent about every aspect of the project: cost of materials, cost of labor, when hiccups happened (as they inevitably do in construction work) he was precise about when and how things would be handled and at what cost. Their bid on the project was competitive or slightly under other companies. The quality of the craftmenship was excellent. Kyle, the primary person overseeing our project, did a great job and found fixes to several unforeseen issues. We now have a beautiful composite deck that looks like new, which is sturdier, safer, and more useful to our family. An altogether excellent service experience.

Amazing work! Professional and efficient

Stellar service from the craftsmanship to being professional, knowledgeable and communicative. 3 projects that all were done perfect and on time. Reasonable bids. This is our first foray into remodeling and were hesitant at first. All concerns went out the door as we saw how well the whole crew treated our house, us and our projects.
