Professional, but communication with service people in the field and the home office could improve. The field rep didn't have the correct phone number to call when heading to our house. The product is excellent, installation went smooth and didn't have to have after install adjustmjents.

They called me with in 15 minutes of my submitting the request and provided an accurate estimate. After I scheduled the repair, the repair technician arrived on time and was very professional. the door works great and everyone was very helpful, polite, and professional.
