High priced but good quality and well exceed.

I was stupefied that 1 man could do such an excellent job in such a little amount of time.

There was some confusion setting up the first appointment. The windows of time they provide for appointments ranges from 3 hours to all day. Like a lot of these businesses, they charge a fee to give an estimate that is applied to your work if you choose them. They arrived on time (because it was 6:30 am on a Saturday) and finished the job promptly. I would call them again if I needed more work done.

Technician arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He fixed the problem quickly at a fair price and left the unit in far better working order that it has been in years. I highly recommend his services.

I was concerned that the technician was trying to steer me towards a more costly fix for my garage situation. At first I was not offerred any type of guarantee for the less costly method of repair, however, when he realized I was about to opt out of the repair altogether, he offered me a one year warranty for the less expensive fix, which I requested in writing on my receipt. Not sure if I will call them for further repairs even though they were the original installers of my garage in 1996. If I recommend them, it would not be a strong recommendation.

Showed up on time for both measurement and installation. All personnel were knowledgeable and even provided good maintenance tips. They were even able to re-install my existing garage door opener savings me money.

Excellent experience all the way around. Salesman provided all necessary info.fees were reasonable, installation was on time and done professionally.

The price stayed the same as the quote. They have good follow up to confirm appt. Sales call not pushy just very informative with all questions answered. Installer (Tim) was on time knew what he was doing and cleaned up job site very well. Good employee , give him raise!! Very happy I chose Martin Direct. Will recomend.

This was a much better experience than my debacle with Mesa Garage Doors (I had to cancel my order; they must have recognized their inefficiency and non-communication as they DID credit my "non-refundable" deposit to my account). Mr. Martin's salesperson (Phil) was personable and informative, and we set a date so I was assured of delivery. I called the day before to make sure I was scheduled (due to MY previous experience), and discovered their computers had been down for a week. I explained my desperation, and they found my paperwork and promised I would be scheduled for installation the next day as planned. I received another call later in the day with the time of arrival of the installer(Ruben). He was prompt and cheerful, even when he discovered what a difficult job this would be. He did a fantastic job with the installation, and when he finished, he made sure to go over with me how the door worked, how to maintain it, what to do in an emergency, etc. I was totally impressed with Mr. Martin Garage Doors and will refer them to others. The representative was very courteous and informative. The doors have not been installed so cannot evaluate the work. So far everything is going well

They were fast. It went in so easily, they are very good. The person that came and measured the door was exact so it works very well. It is a beautiful job. It is extremely quite.
