Marty was a consumate professional. From calling when he said he would (very important to me), to showing up on time, to cleanign up after the work...he did it all. Him and his son (?) were in and out in what seemed like less than an hour and you couldn't even tell they were here. Craftsmanship was excellent.

None of the other contractors I called bothered to call me back, so I do not have anything to compare the price to. Mr. Feeney called me within 5 minutes of the service magic connection. He was at my house within 1 hour to give me an estimate. He was very professional and explained exactly what would be done. He then called me the same day to give me a price, which I felt to be fair, considering that I needed more work done than I anticipated. We scheduled the job for the next week and he & his crew were exactly on time. The crew was courteous, clean and did exceptional work. I am definitely recommending this contractor.

This business did a job over the summer. As follow-up there was still a leak, not a problem that I had experienced before. The gentleman came back out and as you know the problem was not consistent. It is now three months later, there is still a problem but now it seems to be consistent, everything I try doesn't work. So I put a service call in so someone could look at it. The contractor was not responsive; I had to call three times only to find out he never planned on following up. Because he had to come back once from the first service call. At no point did I indicate I expected service for free. Shows lack of respect for customers will not do business with again.
