They installed a new door

Keith arrived on-time for both the estimate and the work. He gave me an estimate, did the work and came in under-estimate. I offered to pay the estimate and he said "That would not be honest. It took me less hours than I estimated". His work was great. He loves what he does and is easy to work with. Highly recommend him and will use him again.

analysed the problem and fixed what he thought was the problem. Leaking door when it rains. Will have to wait for some rain to see if he fixed the problem. Professional approach and discussed what options may be for the leak before taking the action.

He was a wonderful handyman. My location was perfect for a quick 10 minute job and then back to the other job they were already working on so the convenience was awesome! Martin seems like he has a great personality and improvised when he wasn't familiar with the texture design. Now I know that I was totally capable of doing the same thing :)

Keith did a great job, very knowledgeable. Had him quote another job while he was here. Looking forward to upcoming renovation. The renovation seemed to be beyond his expertise but was not disclosed at the time of the bid so I had to call another contractor. Fortunately the other contractor was able to complete the job without any complications.

The project was initially to demo an old storage building and build a new one. Once Keith inspected the building in its dilapidated condition he suggested that saving the building would be the best cost effective option. However, he needed to do some exploratory work to ensure that what remained of the old building was sufficient to sustain the lifting. Well a long story short, Keith and Eddie came in, lifted the building that was stuck in the mud, cut out the flooring and discovered why the building was leaning and had sunk in the mud. The work that Martin Handyman Services provided was none short of fantastic. My old storage building has a new look that matches the existing home and garage. Now my problem is this...I do not want to put the old storage items back into this new looking (Man Cave) so Keith and I are talking about adding to the structure and calling that the storage space. Keith and Eddie are two individuals that were professional, courteous, prompt and explained the process in detail every step of the way. I did not only get a completely restored building, I also developed a relationship with professionals that are trustworthy, experts in their field of work and reliable. Thanks Keith and Eddie, I look forward to the next project.

Mr.Martin did an excellent job! Prices were fair and upfront. He did quality work. Came in on time and was done quickly. He corrected what another cotractor ruined and made it look like new. We are very greatful for his professional service!! Will use in the future!

Prompt, courteous, excellent drywall repair (you'd never know a repair was done), and cleanup. Time estimate for job was 3-4 hours and right on. Arrived at 9:30 and departed at 12:45. Will definitely use for other jobs.
