The best! I purchased a new home and hired Martin Mitchell Construction to do a major remodel to my home. Floors, painting, electrical, deck, and major bath and kitchen remodel. He was there everyday, completed the work on time and within budget. Being a beach house we were not there everyday but he communicated constantly. We made changes throughout the project and Marty was patient and worked with us. His attention to detail was outstanding. Martin Mitchell Construction will be my go to for any work in the Pawleys Island area.

He came in and moved wall to build a new kitchen and bathroom. Installed hardwood floors. He sanded all the floors and re stained them to match. We then changed a porch to a Carolina room. Repositioned post and installed windows and doors. 4 month project and never missed a day. He keeps in touch.
