Very reliable and personable company !

My inquiry was responded to immediately. The person who came to the house to inspect the situation was polite, clear, and knowledgeable. He presented my options without pressure. I was happy with the work that was done.

Very professional, can be contacted by cell or text any time. Paid one price.. didn't need to take an ongoing contract. Explained what he was doing, if the ants come back he will return and treat again under his 6 month warranty.

Bill does a great job. I paid one price for mice control with a 6 month warranty. His initial visit he spent about an hour setting traps and filling in holes the mice could be using to access the house. About 3 weeks later he followed up with a text checking in. We had caught 3 mice so he came by the next day and set a few more and filled a couple more holes. No complaints from him, very responsive and a nice guy. Great value for the money!

we were expecting bill at approximately 12:00 on our scheduled day he arrived at 2:00 because he had a couple of bee infestations that he took care of first. however once he arrived the professional service we received offset the time delay. we would recommend him for your job in a heartbeat. in addition to the house he looked around the property and found what may be a couple of problem areas and he spayed those areas as well. GREAT JOB

Bill Martin was very knowledgeable and handled our GROWING wasp nest with ease. I couldn't believe how quickly he had removed that massive nest. He was able to come the day after I called. He was courteous and professional. We will definitely use him again.

A really nice guy and knows his bugs. My only problem was that he did not show up on time. We had to call him to make sure he was still coming. Other than that we had no problems.

Very responsive to calls, great communication, professional and punctual. Figured out quickly that mice had been entering house through a place in the garage. Was thorough and also carefully took pets into consideration when it came to placement of bait. Will cleanup droppings and dispose of dead mice, which a local big company told me that wouldn't do.
