Service was prompt and the repairman showed obvious knowledge of the system and what was needed. We did get a bid for a lower hourly rate, but had already engaged Martin Sanders when the second bid came in. The system is currently working fine.

Personnel were very knowledgeable about system

Gregory was the service technician as was very skillful and knowledgeable. I submitted the job on a Saturday and they were out the following Tuesday - very timely. They were right on time. Gregory is new with the company but has a great background. The company, however, had not informed him of any of the job particulars so we started from scratch describing the job. His company truck didn't have some of the tools he needed and some were in ill repair. Gregory made it work. He trouble shot a broken backflow, brought up our irrigation system for the spring, realigned many sprinkler heads and replaced several. I can recommend Gregory!

He was able to come out the same day. Arrived early and was very professional. Looking back I would have asked him to check the zones to ensure all the heads were working (I didn't think about it until later).

The service tech was here exactly on time and got to work right away. He was quick and friendly and very informative. He helped me winterize my system and made some great suggestions for future use. Thank you for making this experience quick, painless, and a learning atmosphere.

The gentleman who came out was very informative, and spent the time not only to winterize our sprinkler system, but also told us how to fix a busted sprinklerhead (due to miscommunication from Martin, he did not have all his tools since he thought he was only doing winterizing today), and showed me (physically and via diagrams) how to turn everything back on this Spring. Very professional, and zero complaints about being out in rainy 20 degree weather! Thanks!

They found the part, which took a day or so to order, and then installed on a reasonable schedule. I was satisfied with the response and work. I was also pleased that they did not demean my older sprinkler system, and try to talk me into an expensive upgrade, as another company suggested in a heavy-handed manner.

Martin came out exactly when he said he would, brought extra help in case there was any heavy digging to be done (there wasn't), found the problem in two minutes and then proceeded to tune up the overall system. All within the price originally quoted. My wife dealt with Martin on the day and remarked that he was courteous honest and above all, trustworthy. We were really pleased with Martin and his service.

Prompt reply to my request for help. Jeff was most efficient in locating broken sprinkler heads and pipes, replacing and adjusting irrigation system. Cost was very reasonable, and have already recommended to a friend. Will be contacting this company again for additional landscaping maintenance in the future.
