I Hired these ladies. They cleaned my home for 4 months every 2 weeks. Everything was fine till 2 weeks ago when the owner called and said she needs to charge me $20 extra. I said no. I told them why are you cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms., and I asked them not to. So I told them again what rooms not to clean. They came the following week and were gone in less than 1 1/2 hours. and did a horrible job. I called them back and showed them what they did not clean, all the dust and counters they did not clean. They did come back and finish cleaning that evening. They said they were sorry, and they did not understand what I wanted... They are very hard to understand. One of the girls does not speak English very well and does not understand English. So they were supposed to clean for me this morning and never showed up. And they have their phone turned off. So they quit and never said anything to me, A no-show. Very ignorant. I would not hire them again.
