We have used Martins Cleaning Services since 2016. The regular cleaning has been amazing. Yearly, they do a deep cleaning and sometimes special projects like painting, floor waxing or rug cleaning. There have situations when they have even notified me of issues in our building such as a water leak that wasn't part of what they were doing. Since the start of the pandemic, they have adjusted their protocols to meet the needs of our school so that we had additional cleaning to keep the children safe.

Dear Lukia, As we spoke over the phone and by email, the part of the work you had a problem with was with your framework. We didn't do your framework, we only install the drywall. We are not sure who did your frame and clearly wasn't inspected after completed. We offered to you to call the town inspector, so he would point all the mistakes the other company did and we would fix it after gets all permits. But you refused, once you did not have the permits in the first place. We only install the drywall, as your request, on the frame done before you contracted us.

From quoting to job completion was a fantastic experience, simple, clear and engaged. Never had an issue we couldnâ t work through. The work was efficient, cost reasonable and came out great. Would definitely hire again for next home improvement job.

I hired Martins Home Experts to paint the exterior of my house. Admittedly, it was in poor condition and needed to be scraped and sanded. The team took the time to immaculately scrape and sand the entire house before priming it. At this point they were able to identify boards that needed to be replaced, window frames that needed updating, they even repaired a busted door on my shed. The final outcome is amazing! My house looks brand new, they even painted all the doors and the bulkhead (which was totally unexpected). The team of workers was incredibly professional and did not impede on our privacy. I will absolutely hire them again for future projects.
