My husband and I were very happy with the work Martins Home Experts did for us. We hired them to paint our house and build a bulkhead for our back cellar door. They did an excellent job on both counts. They were extremely thorough, fixing all the woodwork around the house, like window sills and door frames, that needed to be repaired. The crew was very polite. And I found that John Martins and the office took the time to listen to our concerns and got back to us quickly if we had any questions.
One thing I did not want was painters painting in the rain, and John and his crew always took the weather into consideration.

Excellent work. I got an estimate on a Friday for two jobs- updating a closet with new drywall and removing old shelves in one room and replacing a ceiling and repainting walls in another room. By Monday, a contract was signed and by Tuesday a team of three workers come to complete both jobs. They even helped me clear a room of furniture because I hadn’t understood they’d do both jobs at the same time. Two days later, the work was done. They kept the worksites very clean. Very polite. Would definitely recommend.

This company was highly recommended to me by a colleague to repair my roof that had a leak. Within less than a year the roof was leaking in the exact stop that supposedly they repaired. I called the owner and he supposedly repaired it. Last week I noticed that the leak was now on the peak where they had pulled off the tiles off to fix the roof. I called the owner again and he told me that repairs were not warranted and get a new roof. He never once mentioned to me that I might need a new roof. Yesterday I noticed that the initial leak it is back. I am done!!!!

"Dear Lukia, As we spoke over the phone and by email, the part of the work you had a problem with was with your framework. We didn't do your framework, we only install the drywall. We are not sure who did your frame and clearly wasn't inspected after completed. We offered to you to call the town inspector, so he would point all the mistakes the other company did and we would fix it after gets all permits. But you refused, once you did not have the permits in the first place. We only install the drywall, as your request, on the frame done before you contracted us."

I hired Martins Home Experts to paint the exterior of my house. Admittedly, it was in poor condition and needed to be scraped and sanded. The team took the time to immaculately scrape and sand the entire house before priming it. At this point they were able to identify boards that needed to be replaced, window frames that needed updating, they even repaired a busted door on my shed. The final outcome is amazing! My house looks brand new, they even painted all the doors and the bulkhead (which was totally unexpected). The team of workers was incredibly professional and did not impede on our privacy. I will absolutely hire them again for future projects.

From the Owner through the whole team; Sales Admin, Work Crew (Paint Preparation, Carpentry / repairs, and Painters)... the entire experience with the Martins team was exceptional. Fare and affordable price. No Problem attitudes, caring and polite, attention to details, go the extra mile and clearly take pride in their work. If I new the cost would be so minimal I would never had started the project on my own - my free time is way more valuable. Thank You!

They came in when we had to fire our other $&@$@? contractor. Their price was 1/5th of our first contractor and the finish work they did was flawless!! They are expert finish carpenters!! They worked from 8 am to 5:30pm and I never saw them stop for so much as a bathroom break! They cleaned up the job site so it was as if they were never there! The quality of work and price makes this company a no brained choice if your looking for master carpentry work and painting! I will be hiring them again!

The trim work was good and Luisa who set up the project was good. However, project was late and messy. I cleaned up, and they did not come back to complete the work. The contract said replace and repair the gutters. John wanted to charge more to complete the job. I would not use again.
