Most unprofessional and dishonest person/company that I have ever hired. The owner (Rogerio) took the money and installed a system that did not work. Stopped answering phone call and had to finally hire another company to finish the job after he received his money in full. Stay away!

Excellent.....Came promptly. Explained the problem I was having. Had to order a part and came back a day later to install that part.

Knowledgeable service tech! My husband and I very much appreciate having a technician so knowledgeable about our systems issues. He took the time to explain our issues, quoted the required fix necessary and fixed the same day. We will use this company for all our heating and cooling needs in the future.

They came the same day as our HVAC sprung a leak. Handled it and offered advice to dry ceiling wallboard. Very efficient.

Roger came in no more than 2 hours after calling me, helped find the issue of my central AC and fixed it quickly. He was very helpful.

Roger Martins was fantastic. We had many HVAC companies out regarding replacing our heat/air system which had died. The system was from the 1970's and could not be repaired. No one could replace the system without major modifications. Because this is a condo none of those modifications were allowed. We finally obtained Martin's Mechanical Services and spoke with Roger. He was not only able to replace the system, but he order it and have it in a week. He not only had the system within a week, he had it installed within that week. He and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Roger was very responsive to all our calls and question. Even Larrissa, his office manager, was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. My husband and I would highly recommend this company again and again.

Do NOT recommend. Installed a whole energy efficient system, with 2 units and zones, including humidifier and on demand hot water heater. After spending more than $20k, there were leaks to fix and the AC did not work. After multiple calls, he finally came to fix the problems blaming 'the guys'. Now, he will not return my calls to provide me with a final receipt so I can get the rebates. The job was also late. My realtor recommended as she had used him but I should have done my due diligence instead. Very poor experience.

Roger is extremely responsive. In the midst of a major heat wave, he got back to me shortly after I had emailed a service request and made time to meet with me within an hour of his callback. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem and got my HVAC system back up and running. I hope I don't have to see him again for awhile, but he'll be my first call for any future issues.

Great experience. They diagnosed my a/c issue immediately then showed up on time to fix it. Price was reasonable.

February, 2019 Roger Martin initially impressed me by responding to my Home Advisor query literally within five minutes of making the request. Subsequent responses from Roger were always prompt. I sought three bids for the installation of a whole house humidifier and a MERV 16 filtering system. Martins Mechanical Services and one other company responded with a quote. (The third company set an appointment and never showed). I interviewed Roger Martin and was very satisfied with his knowledge of the systems and his no B.S answers to my questions. We also had several phone conversations about the job before I authorized Roger to proceed; again Roger was always easily accessible to answer my questions. Rogerâ s quote was very favorable compared to the other bidder. Roger arrived on the job on-time. He was organized and completed the job in an expert and careful manner. About two weeks after completing the installation, there was a small problem with a manufactures supplied component. I left a message about it with Roger. He called me back within 30 minutes and arrived to repair the problem within two hours. I never had a service technician respond so quickly! Roger has earned my confidence and respect. Came out in very reasonable time. Figured out the problem, explained everything, gave an estimate, did the work, and set a very reasonable price. Can't ask for more.

Roger was very responsive on estimates and very reasonable for installing two new A/C units and two air handlers. Installed them soon after I accepted his bid. His team worked quickly and efficiently.

He checked in with us about how the ac was working and even cake out a second time to see if he could improve anything to make it colder

He was running late and kept me informed of when he expected to arrive, which I really appreciated. I'm very happy he was able to provide same day service. And did not charge for either travel time or diagnostic service, unlike some other companies I contacted. I just wish the final bill had been a little less.

Showed up almost two hours late, didn’t attempt to look for a leak despite refrigerant being low. Charged $140/lb for R22 even though professionals pay less than 20/lb for it. Would not recommend.

He is very professional and be able to quickly pin point where the leak of freon is. He got the job done within an hour.

I didn't get receipt when service was done. Had to ask 3 times before I got it.
